The Intensive English High School relocated to new premises on Mitchell Road, Alexandria, requiring construction to ensure the location was fit for purpose. The school, now known as Central Sydney Intensive English School, provides students with 23 specialised learning areas. The project required a new building extension constructed onsite and integrated into the existing heritage building.
This project was conducted in three stages:
Stage 1: Rectification of specific areas of a previously built building extension to correct defects and meet BCA compliance.
Stage 2: Refurbishment of the existing heritage-listed building.
Stage 3: Fit-out works for specialised learning areas.
