Ages Build was tasked with enhancing the sports field area at the High School, delivering a comprehensive four-stage project.
Stage 1: Basketball Court Shade Structure

Scope: Construct a new shade structure over two existing asphalt basketball courts.

Stage 2: Basketball Court Resurfacing

Scope: Resurface two asphalt basketball courts, which involved removing old sports equipment, laying a new concrete slab, applying an acrylic court surface, and installing new sports equipment.

Timeline: Completed in 8 weeks.
Stage 3: Netball Court Reconstruction

Scope: Demolish the existing netball court surface and construct a new 100mm reinforced concrete netball court, complete with new line marking and an ag-line drainage system connecting to the stormwater pit.

Stage 4: All-Weather Sports Structure

Scope: Construct a large all-weather structure featuring a concrete futsal/netball court with a synthetic turf surface, line markings for two futsal and two netball courts, stormwater drainage, new sports equipment, and ball protection netting.
